Jaya Palace Restaurant

Main entrance

Choices for some claypot dishes and some fried dishes.
Appetizer(peanut and deep fried fish skin)

luckily they use fresh oil to deep fried it so it is not oily at all.:D

Char siu and siu yuk(remember to request less fat)
*I love the juicy siu yuk with crispy skin.No harm to try with some mustard/chinese wasabi(the yellow sauce).:DI also like the finger licking good char siu because of the fresh and juicy pork.Anyway,it is more delicious if the sauce less sweet.

Wong gam guen
*Actually the filling is sweet potato paste with crispy skin. The paste's texture is very smooth and not too sweet.:)

Siu mai(pork dumplings)
*The siu mai is slightly different because mushroom is added.I love the fresh and big size of prawn too.

*this clear and pretty image taken from http://www.tummy-rumble.com/ because my image is not clear enough.

Har gao wong(prawn dumplings)
*If bite once, the juices will leak out.Generous amount of big prawn were used to make the har gao wong.:D

Zu cheong fan
*nothing much to complain and similar with the normal dim sum shop.

Yam paste bun
*My favourite!I love the yam paste which is not too sweet and the aroma of yam.

Pretty!

Deep fried prawn
*The taste is average

Beef with radish
*Didnt try this out because i dislike beef.

**Worth to try steamed spareribs and fried carrot cake.
